Auction Management Corporation has been contracted by a national lender to sell, regardless of price, the remaining assets of Kesk, Inc. Kesk, Inc. assets include a range of late model plastic injection molding equipment and other related items. Please see attached list for a detailed list of equipment. The equipment is currently being stored in a facility that is not owned by the lender. Bidders are asked to not disturb the daily operations of the existing business. This will be an online only auction in conjunction with our webcast provider, www.bidspotter.com .

TERMS: All items must be paid within 48 hours of auction with cash, cashier's check, bank letter of credit accompanying and guaranteeing the amount of your purchase, or wire transfer.

REMOVAL: Due to landlord requirements, a licensed and bonded rigging company has been appointed to remove the equipment. All costs to remove items are at purchaser's expense. Removal to be completed no later than Thursday, November 4th, 2010. Payment must be confirmed before removal. For questions concerning the cost to remove individual items, please contact Nick Lykon with A&A Machinery at 215-428-1100 or 215-783-0504. In the event all equipment is sold to a single bulk buyer, the successful bidder can negotiate a price with A&A Machinery or buy out their exclusive right to remove the equipment for $1,500.00. In the event A&A is bought out, the successful bulk buyer will need to provide Auctioneer adequate insurance documentation before removal can begin. SALES TAX: 7% sales tax will be added to all items UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
BUYERS PREMIUM ADDED: All items sold at this auction will be sold with a total of a thirteen percent (13%) buyers premium fee added to the winning bid. Bidders, via www.bidspotter.com , will not only pay a ten percent (10%) buyers premium but, an additional 3% as per Bidspotter's terms and conditions.
