Parchment Property Info from 8/10/09 title commitment, 3/30/05 floorplan, 10/5/09 Phase 1 (all posted to AMC website)

The Site is located at 116 South Riverview Drive, City of Parchment, Kalamazoo
County, Michigan. According to the City of Parchment Assessor’s Office, the Site is
identified as Parcel Identification number 06-03-290-041 and is owned by Bank of
America. Access to the Site is from the north via Robert Lane and from the south via Island Avenue.

The Site consists of an approximate 0.35-acre parcel of land improved with a one story, 2,017-square foot (Floorplan document says 1675 sf) bank branch that was constructed in 1979. The Site building is of concrete block construction with a brick exterior façade, slab-on-grade concrete foundation, and a flat roof. The interior of the building is comprised of a lobby/teller area, offices, a break room and bathrooms. The remainder of the Site is improved with asphalt-paved parking and driveway areas, concrete walkways and landscaping. Drive-thru teller lanes are located along the western side of the building. The building is heated and cooled by electricity provided by Consumers Electric and connected to the municipal water and sewer systems provided by the City of Parchment.
The Phase 1 assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions (RECs) in connection with the Site.
