Description: 12± Mountaintop Acres at end of Peaceful Cove Road. Tract has over 600 feet of frontage on Peaceful Cove Road, which has a gentle to flat grade along the frontage. A power box is on the tract near the end of Peaceful Cove Road, which ends with a wide turnaround area just below the ridgetop. The southern edge of the tract runs along the ridge and which ends at the top of Dills Knob (elevation 3,430). A drive has been cut into the tract which runs a bit below the ridge.
Directions: From Highlands: From Highlands city limits, north on US 64 9.8 miles down Cullasaja Gorge. Turn left onto Peaceful Cove Road across Cullasaja River, remain on Peaceful Cove Road (turns to gravel road) through 3 switchbacks. For the most part, the gravel portion of Peaceful Cove Road is easily driveable with a sedan, however, the 3rd switchback to right is partially rutted, recommend walking it (about 100 yards) before driving if not in FWD, property on right after last switchback to the left. From Franklin: South on 28/64 toward Highlands from the 4 lane, 6.5 miles to right on Peaceful Cove Road, etc
