TERMS OF SALE:  All items must be paid for in full by end of auction with cash, cashier’s check or check with bank letter of credit accompanying and guaranteeing the maximum amount of your payment.

AUCTION REGISTRATION:  For this auction, you must bring a valid government-issued identification to register, plus a checkbook or cashiers check in the required amount, as specified in the property listing.  Registration will begin at the property 1 hour before the auction.

PROPERTY INSPECTION:  Saturday February 2^nd from 10am-1pm, Sunday February 3^rd from 10am-1pm and the morning of the auction from 8am-9:30am.  The property can also be shown by appointment.  Parking is very limited.  Please do not block any of the neighbors access to their property or disturb the flow of traffic.

AUCTIONEER’S NOTE:  Before the sale of the personal property, the property will be sold.  For additional information about the real estate auction, please view the individual website posting.

10% BUYER’S PREMIUM:  All items sold at this auction will be sold with a ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid.

REMOVAL:  No items may be removed during the auction.  All costs to remove items are at purchaser's expense.  Removal of all items must take place within 3 hours after the auction and Sunday, February 9^th from 9am-3pm.  Payment must be confirmed before removal.

SALES TAX ON THE EQUIPMENT:  7% sales tax will be added to all items UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

BUYER'S NOTE:  All items are being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed or implied.  Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on the same.  Items may be added or deleted without notice.  All items subject to prior sale.  Bid increments are at Auctioneer's discretion.  All sales are final.
