DIRECTIONS:  From Greenville, SC, I-85 S, Exit 14 – SC-187 (Pendleton/Clemson), travel west on SC-187 approximately 2.8 miles, left on Clemson Research Boulevard.

INSPECTION:  Tuesday, August 19^th from 9am-5pm and 8am day of sale.

REGISTRATION:  Cash, cashier’s check, or bank letter of credit guaranteeing full amount of purchase plus valid ID or driver’s license required to register.  Drivers licenses will be copied and copies destroyed or returned after purchases have been paid in full. TERMS:  All items must be paid for in full by end of auction with cash, cashier’s check, or wire transfer with bank letter of credit accompanying and guaranteeing the maximum amount of your payment.

REMOVAL:  No items may be removed during the auction.  No items may be removed until payment in full in cash is received. Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. Most items MUST be removed following the auction and no later than August 26^th.  Larger items that require AA Machinery can take place until Friday, September 12^th.

SALES TAX:  A 6% sales tax will be added to all items sold UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.

BUYER’S PREMIUM FEE ADDED:  All items sold onsite at this auction will be sold with a ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid.  Successful online bidders will be charged a thirteen (13%) buyer’s premium fee.
