TERMS:  All items must be paid for in full at end of auction with cash, approved check or wire transfer. Wire Transfer account details will be provided to winning bidders.
 
REMOVAL TIMES & RULES:
No items may be removed until payment in full is received. All items MUST be removed following the auction and no later than 5:00 PM Wednesday, May 17th unless prior approval by auctioneer.
Pickup/ Removal days are Monday thru Wednesday, May 15-17 from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.   Contact Rickey Heaton (864-350-0323) to facilitate extended time for pickup of larger purchases, but please note that the process must begin within specified time frame.
Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal at their own risk and cost. Buyers must present an acceptable removal plan prior to removal. All materials that can be removed by hand/ hand truck/ cart, etc. may be removed by the buyer during pickup times scheduled.
Equipment requiring removal by a professional rigger must be scheduled by appointment. All removal requiring more than hand carry of items will require an insurance binder for liability in the minimum amount of $1,000,000 naming seller and auction company as additional insured. Please contact office for details. Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal. Buyers must employ professional riggers or have the required bond and insurance to remove larger equipment and systems.
 
SALES TAX:  A 7% sales tax will be added to all items sold UNLESS proper tax exempt forms are brought with you to the auction.
 
BUYER’S PREMIUM FEE ADDED:  All items sold onsite at this auction will be sold with a fifteen percent (15%) buyer’s premium fee added to the winning bid to determine the purchase price.  
 
BUYER’S NOTE:  All items are being sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties expressed or implied.  Announcements made at the auction take precedence over written matter.  Buyers should carefully verify all items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before relying on same.  Items may be added or deleted without notice.  All items subject to prior sale.  Bid increments are at the Auctioneer's’ discretion.  All sales are final.
 
ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: In the event purchased merchandise contains any environmental hazards, toxic waste or other type of hazardous material, Buyer shall provide evidence that Buyer or its representatives are licensed for such removal and shall comply with all applicable local, state and/or federal rules, laws and regulations.
