Bidding Opens:  Tuesday, November 22 at 2:00 PM
Bidding Starts to Close:   Monday, December 12 at 6:00 PM


All spaces will be linked together in a grouped extension. 
Any bids placed on any of the spaces in the auction in the last 5 minutes of the auction will extend all spaces in the auction for an additional 5 minutes. This extension will continue until no bids are placed on any of the spaces within a 5 minute window.

This auction is open exclusively to owners of units in Park Towers I Condominium who are current on their condominium assessments. 
A credit card or proof of funds is required to register. If you prefer to register without credit card please call to use proof of funds method. 
 
All units will be sold with a 10% buyers premium added and a $450 recording fee.

  • This is a private auction open only to only to owners of units in Park Towers I Condominium who are current on their condominium assessments.
  • Owners are allowed to purchase more than one space.
  • All spaces are being sold subject to Seller confirmation. 
  • On the auction closing date, the Auctioneer shall be on-site at Park Towers I Condominium to assist any winning bidders and to collect all monies from winning bidders.
  • Proof of funds will be required to bid. 
  • A ten percent (10%) Purchaser’s Premium shall be added to the winning bid to determine the Purchase Price and the total Purchase Price plus a $450.00 Attorney Fees Reimbursement shall be paid in full by the Purchaser(s) to Auctioneer on the auction closing day.
  • Payment must be in the form of wire transfer, cash, cashiers check or approved personal check. 
  • Purchasers who need to pay the Purchase Price and Attorney Fee Reimbursement remotely shall have 24 hours from the close of the auction to do so through Auctioneer.
  • All bids are legal contract to buy.
  • Please inspect and ask all questions before you bid.
  • All spaces are being sold as-is, where-is and are subject to all rules and regulations set forth in Park Towers HOA agreements and bylaws. 


All transactions will be recorded by a LCE Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium for Park Towers. This transaction will be facilitated and recorded by:
