Description: Most units have gable roofs, most are frame stick built, one double wide, some have window unit air, heat pumps, electric ceiling heat, no restrooms or restroom units, most have electrical panels, breakers, and meter cans. Most are wood siding. Please inspect and measure each unit before you bid to know what each unit has to offer. Measurements are estimated box size provided by School District (not guaranteed). No Steps or blocks included.

- 2 units -- 24 ft. x 30 ft.
- 21 units -- 24 ft. x 32 ft.
- 1 unit -- 24 ft. x 33 ft.
- 9 units -- 24 ft. x 34 ft.
- Plus 15 boxes of used Nextel phones.

Terms: No buyer’s premium, Cash, approved check, (MasterCard & Visa will not be taken due to technical difficulties). All Sales final. We reserve the right to add or delete items.
Bidders have 60 days from auction date to remove portables, after that you relinquish ownership and ownership reverts back to The School District of Greenville County with no refunds. Purchaser responsible for moving cost of units.
