Property Description: Downtown three story 22,353± SF former bank building with four covered drive through teller lanes, built in 1954 and renovated in 2007, on a 46,609± SF (1.07 acre) lot with more than 1 parking space per 1,000± SF (50+ parking spaces). Also fronts on paved alley to the rear.
The building had an energy management system that controlled the HVAC system (Tracer® SC+ and Synchrony™ by Trane). It had a remote cell phone system to allow for access.  It has now been reconfigured to be a standalone Trane EMS with no remote connectivity. The Cradle Point and Jace have been removed from the site as of May 22, 2019. ESI has completed the necessary programming to the Jace to delete the connection to the bank's Niagara Supervisor, Alarm Routing, and Schedules.
 
The new  building owner will need to reach out to Trane to get the required programming loaded onto a computer that belongs to them.  Once that is completed, the Seller will need to remove the CBRE computer that is currently on site.
 
The only way to make changes at this time is to be onsite at the front end of the Trane EMS computer.  If the new owner wants to set up some type of remote connectivity they would also need to work with Trane to set that up. The Trane contact is
