The building occupies all 45 feet frontage on Cochran. The main parking lotbehind it on the same block has 121' of frontage on Bostwick Avenue.
The 322 Sq. Ft. Drive through building with 4 covered drive through lanes occupies a lot across from Bostwick Avenue. Built in early 1970's.
Tax Parcel ID#s 200-000-024-100-00, 200-000-024-130-00, and 200-000-025-111-00. Zoned B-3.
There are 53 parking spaces.
The ESA revealed no evidence of REC's in connection with the Site, except that the parking lot parcel behind the building was used for auto repair or as an auto sales and service facility from at least 1927 through the mid 1960's. A Phase 2 study found that a reportable condition to the MDEQ does not exist at the Site because the metals detected in soil are below the Residential/Commercial Direct Contact RBSLs and are within the background range for arsenic, chromium, lead, and mercury. In addition, no evidence of a petroleum release was detected or observed in any of the soil borings or the test pit. Therefore, no further investigation was deemed necessary for the Site.
DIRECTIONS TO SITE: Just South of West Lawrence/South Cochran intersection
