Detailed Information on Chicago IL Asset
Property Info from 2/19/10 appraisal, 9/8/09 Phase 1 ESA, 6/9/09 title policy

Zoned B-1-1 Neighborhood Shopping (B-3-1 Community Shopping per survey). Built ca. 1963. There is rear alley access to the building. The Site is identified as Parcel Identification number 13-20-432-041-0000. The building is heated and cooled by electricity provided by Commonwealth Edison and connected to the municipal water and sewer systems provided by the City of Chicago. The Site is connected to the City of Chicago sanitary sewer system.

LOT 11 AND LOT 12 IN GORSKI'S RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 94 AND THE VACATED ALLEY LYING
EAST OF AND ADJOINING SAID LOT 94

The 12” x 12” beige floor tile and mastic in the east storage room and server room were found to contain 1-5% Chrysotile asbestos in a 3/15/08 Asbestos Survey Report. The Phase 1 assessment revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the Site with the exception of two USTs permitted for the Site in 1949. Because there is no removal documentation, it is
possible that the USTs may exist at the Site; however, the tanks may be located beneath
the current Site building.
